Self leveling layments is a polymer based self leveling cement with high mechanical properties that can be applied onto the following substrates:
  1. Existing concrete floors.
  2. Plywood sub-floors. 
  3. Ceramic tiles.  
  4. Terrazzo.

Self leveling are required for the following purposes:
  1. Repairing a heavily damaged substrate to install any subsequent floor covering.
  2. Adjusting floor levels.
  3. A solution for floors with high moisture content.

Advantages:
  1. Fast dry time that ranges from two to four hours depending on the ambient temperature.
  2. Fast cure time 24 - 72 hours depending on the ambient temperature
  3. Resinous floor coatings can be applied the following day of installation; such as epoxies and polyurethanes .
  4. Achieves high values of mechanical strength as in some products compresive strength can reach up to 34 Mpa.
  5. Can be applied in a lower thickness as low as 1/8" not compromising any of the head height.
