Colored flakes partially broadcasted floor coatings can be applied to a variety of floor surfaces such as but not limited to; concrete, plywood, existing ceramic tiles, terrazzo etc. For any special surface please contact our technical specialist for advice.

- Orange peel finish.
- Fine grit ant-slip finish.
- Friction Coefficient > 0.008 conforming to the CSST regulations for working areas with wet floors; commercial kitchens, fisheries etc.
Method Statement (ZERO V.O.C ):
- Surface preparation using dust free diamond grinding or blast track. This can include removal of glue or any existing old coatings. Surface profile achieved is equal to CSP 1 - 4 in accordance with ICRI guideline 310.2 at minimum.
- Filling up control joints to achieve a seamless floor surface. For either old concrete or newly poured concrete.
- Repairing all cracks, holes and surface imperfections using epoxy patching material
- Applying a coat of 100% volume solids solvent free epoxy partially broadcasted with colored flakes blend of client's choice. Total thickness ranges from 12 mils - 40 mils depending on the desired texture.
- Optional clear top coat of PU or Solvent Free Epoxy to increase the surface wear resistance and for ease of maintenance.
